An opt-in directory so fleet customers and operators can find nearby mobile diesel and heavy-duty repair — and heavy truck towing — when a unit is down.
Shops choose to be found
Repair shops enable breakdown network visibility in settings. They select service categories, confirm public contact details, and geocode shop locations so pins appear accurately on the breakdown map within roughly 50 miles of a search.
Listing is optional. Shops that opt in control whether they appear for repair, towing, or both — and can turn visibility off at any time.
What drivers and dispatchers see
From the mobile app, field users search by phone location or unit position. Results show distance, category (heavy-duty repair or heavy truck towing), contact info, and whether a shop is a RepairFront connected vendor through Shop Connect.
Users can call, get directions, or open multiple providers in native maps — without leaving the RepairFront workflow.
No paid ranking
Breakdown visibility reflects real network usage and proximity — not paid placement. Shop settings include visibility metrics (searches and SOS events near your locations) so you can evaluate coverage without guessing.
