Repair shop, fleet, and parts store tiers billed through Stripe — monthly or annual, with annual billed as 10 months (two months free). Fleet plans include unlimited vehicles; telematics links are capped by tier. Shop and fleet user counts are office seats — not technician logins or field tablets.

Mobile, Starter, Professional, and Business are self-serve — start a free trial at signup. Enterprise is sales-led. Plans include office seats plus technician logins at $0; anyone who can invoice is an office seat. Extra office seats are $49/mo, and more technician logins come with a plan upgrade — technicians are not sold à la carte. Mobile is the shop plan packaged for road-service operations — same platform, no separate product. AI assist is included on Professional and up, or $19.99/mo on Mobile and Starter. Customer portal is included on Business and up, or $9.99/mo. Shop Connect is Professional+.

Parts Store plans are sales-led — get started or talk to sales. Both tiers include one location; customer portal and AI assist are included. Add the Service suite ($199/mo) to run work orders from a Parts Store, or the Warehouse suite ($199/mo) to add warehouse capability to a shop plan.
