Data brokers & your privacy
RepairFront is shop operations software. We help repair and fleet businesses run work orders, scheduling, parts, and billing — not sell information about their customers.
Our commitment
We do not sell personal information to data brokers. We do not license, resell, or make shop or end-customer data available for third-party marketing, lead generation, or broker databases. Your shop's customer relationships belong to your shop.
How RepairFront uses data
When a shop uses RepairFront, we process business data on the shop's behalf to provide the Service — for example, customer and unit records, work orders, invoices, and payments. In that relationship, the shop is responsible for its customer data; RepairFront acts as a service provider processing that data only to operate the platform the shop has chosen.
We share information only as needed to run the Service (such as hosting, email, payment processing, and integrations the shop enables), or when required by law. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
If you are a consumer
RepairFront does not maintain a consumer marketing database. If you are a customer of a shop that uses RepairFront and want to access, correct, or delete personal information, please contact that shop directly — they control the records in their account.
If you contacted us through our website (for example, a demo or intake form) and have a question about information you submitted to RepairFront directly, reach out through your RepairFront account representative or support contact.
Commercial knowledge licenses (not personal data)
RepairFront may offer anonymized, aggregated repair knowledge to qualified partners — such as OEMs, dealer groups, and parts distributors — under a separate data license agreement. These exports do not include customer names, VINs, unit numbers, pricing, or other shop-identifiable records. Participating shops contribute only under our service terms, with anonymity thresholds before patterns are released.

If you are a data broker
RepairFront is not a source of personal information for broker acquisition. We do not respond to requests to purchase, scrape, or obtain personal information about shops' customers, vehicle owners, or fleet contacts. Please do not send data-broker solicitations or bulk opt-out registry requests expecting access to shop-held data through RepairFront.
If you have a lawful inquiry unrelated to purchasing personal information (for example, a valid legal process directed to RepairFront itself), contact us through the channels listed in our Privacy Policy.
California residents
RepairFront does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents may have additional rights under state privacy law. Requests about information RepairFront holds about you directly should be submitted as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update this page from time to time by posting a revised version at this URL. The effective date at the top indicates when the current version took effect.
