Parts Desk
Counter sales, part lookup, and inventory for your parts store locations. Availability rolls up across every physical site in the org — then Counter Sales completes the walk-in or phone order without bouncing between tools.
- Part lookup across all locations
- Counter sales / POS with dedicated document numbering
- Purchase orders and warehouse receiving
- Inter-location transfers
- Returns, catalog, vendors, categories, pricing tables, and reports
Locations, departments & bins
Each row is a physical store location with its own address, inventory, and tax setup. Locations can include a front counter (POS / will-call) and a warehouse side for receiving, shipping, and stock. Accounting stays org-wide; warehouse and operational departments live inside each location.
Build a bin hierarchy — zone, aisle, rack, bin, slot — and assign putaway so received stock has a home slot. Transfer between locations from Parts Desk when one site needs what another is holding.
Accounting Desk
Customer billing, open AR, charge accounts, and payments for the parts store — separate from repair-shop invoices and work orders. Receive payments, run Stripe Terminal / card terminals at the counter, and keep QuickBooks in the loop when you integrate.
Optional sync with shops and fleets
Parts warehouses can opt into a directory profile discoverable by linked RepairFront shops and fleets. Cross-org documents — requests, quotes, POs, shipments, and invoices — keep the warehouse in the same ecosystem as the shops and fleets they supply, without turning your customer list into brokered leads.
Built for parts ops — not the bay
Repair shops run parts on work orders. Parts Store orgs skip the bay workflow and land on Parts Desk instead: counter sales, multi-site stock, and warehouse putaway for distributors and parts counters that serve HD and fleet customers.
