Connect when it matters
Breakdowns are high-stress moments. We built Shop Connect and the breakdown network so fleets can find trusted repair and towing quickly — and shops can be discoverable on their terms, not auctioned off as cold leads.
Vendor relationships stay with the shop
When a fleet connects with your shop, you remain the vendor of record. RepairFront facilitates the introduction and the workflow; we do not broker your customer list or resell the relationship to competing shops or third-party marketers.
Both sides opt in
- Fleets choose which shops to request — no forced routing
- Shops accept or decline each connection request
- Breakdown directory listing is optional and reversible
- Knowledge sharing uses anonymized aggregates with staff review on every suggestion
Knowledge without exposing PII
The Shop Knowledge Network helps techs work faster on familiar equipment by learning from anonymized patterns across participating shops. Customer names, VINs, unit numbers, and financials never leave your shop in that process.
Commercial API exports for OEMs and partners require a separate data license — distinct from everyday shop SaaS subscriptions.
Our data-broker commitment
We do not sell personal information to data brokers. We do not license shop or end-customer data for third-party marketing or lead-generation databases.
